  • Communication skills - with customers and other employees
  • Planning and organizing - from filing to office supplies
  • Managing information - Virtual and paper correspondence and other documents
  • Monitoring and reporting - any data or material deemed necessary by management
  • Evaluating and decision making - situations that may arise in the office with other employees and customers
  • Maintaining - files, reports, data in compliance with company policies, equipment, general office supplies
  • Health and safety - be aware of and comply with company safety procedures
  • Proficient with or able to learn - Excel, accounting system, word processing, apps utilized by company in day-to-day business
