Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting computer hardware and software in both networked and stand-alone environments.
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining new and existing workstation hardware and software.
• Installation and support of preconfigured firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless equipment.
